Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

Our current Delivery method is via FastWay couriers who provide a very competitive wine delivery service for smaller boutique wineries.

This service is most effective for cartons of 1 dozen bottles.  For smaller quantities quotes can be provided but these smaller quantities are most likely to be via Australia Post.

Where delivery instructions have been directed by the customer to Norton Summit Vineyards to “Leave” product on a specified premise or address, Norton Summit Vineyards will take no responsibility for the order/product after delivery instructions have been followed and carried out.

The customer is deemed to accept delivery of orders outside any specified time even before or in advance of expected delivery time upon reasonable notice given.

Norton Summit Vineyards will attempt to complete deliveries around Australia within 7 to 10 business days.  However if goods are temporarily out of stock, delivery will be delayed until we can deliver your order in full.

Norton Summit Vineyards will not be liable for any delays on the delivery of your order.

Proof of age on acceptance or signing of product on delivery is not required due to the terms and conditions accepted on the website by the customer on commencement of purchase on the Norton Summit Vineyards Website.

Norton Summit Vineyards will attempt to carry out a delivery to a designated address articulated by the customer twice only.

If still unsuccessful after two attempts at delivery it is then the customers responsibility to pick it up from Norton Summit Vineyards Cellar Door.

Returns Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your wine, please contact Norton Summit Vineyards to discuss and arrange full 100% refund or an exchange of product.

The product must be returned in full saleable condition and in the origional shipping carton.  If product is returned by a customer without discussion and approval by Norton Summit Vineyards, this product will be returned to the customer or held at Norton Summit Vineyards for pick up at the customer’s expense.
