We are a small family run vineyard in Norton Summit, Adelaide Hills. Now in our 19th vintage we focus primarily on pinot noir, chardonnay and sparkling chardonnay / pinot noir wines. We use biologique practices, rarely fertilised, hand pruning, shoot thinning and canopy management and hand-harvested. We use natural (wild) ferments, no filtration, the lowest reasonable sulphur preservatives and no added acid.
